The never ending cookbook 
I came across your website when looking for info about bread flours and gluten content. And there it was, a few years old, but with specific reference to Aus brands. Brilliant! The introduction was a very entertaining and I can see from the bread flour article how Mum was a researcher and determined to understand the facts.
